1. General Terms

All products and services offered by Zeev NY Co. are custom-made, handcrafted, and produced to exclusive specifications. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, all orders require a minimum notice period of three (3) months prior to the desired delivery or event date. This advance period ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and exclusivity that define the Zeev NY Co. experience.

2. Custom Orders & Production Time

Every cigar and humidor is produced in limited quantities by master artisans in the Dominican Republic. The production process involves specialized aging, blending, branding, and packaging — each requiring significant time to achieve perfection. Clients are encouraged to plan their orders in advance, as production timelines cannot be accelerated without compromising quality.

3. Advance Payment & Order Confirmation

All orders require advance payment prior to the start of production. Because each product is created to the client’s unique specifications, once production has begun, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Payment serves as confirmation that the client has reviewed and approved all design and customization details.

4. Exclusivity & Quality

Exclusivity is the hallmark of Zeev NY Co. Each cigar, humidor, and accessory is handcrafted using the finest materials and tobacco blends, ensuring that every piece is unique and collectible. Our products are not mass-produced; they are created in limited editions or as one-of-a-kind pieces for discerning clients and collectors.

5. Events & Custom Branding

For event services — including private family celebrations, corporate gatherings, and sporting events — Zeev NY Co. provides custom-branded cigars, presentation humidors, and luxury accessories. Event availability depends on advance scheduling and design approval timelines.

6. Limited Availability

Due to our commitment to artisanal production and limited-edition releases, all orders are subject to material availability and production capacity. Zeev NY Co. reserves the right to adjust delivery dates or decline commissions that do not meet our production standards or timeline requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, packaging, and creative concepts developed by Zeev NY Co. remain the exclusive property of the company. Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property without written authorization.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of New York State.
